Terms of Use & End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance

By creating a post or otherwise using Trash Panda (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior

Trash Panda has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. You agree not to post content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, violent, gory, hateful, harassing, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass, threaten, or abuse other users. Violations result in immediate content removal and may result in your account being terminated.

3. Privacy and locations of people and homes

Posts include a GPS location. Do not post photos or locations that identify a private residence in a way that could expose where a specific person lives, and do not post identifiable photos of people without their consent. Post the item on the curb, not the house.

4. User-generated content and moderation

You are responsible for the content you post. We may remove any content and block or remove any user at our sole discretion, without notice. We aim to review reported content within 24 hours.

5. Reporting and blocking

Every post can be reported from inside the App, and any user can be blocked. Reports are reviewed and acted on.
